Laugh Often
A big part of living well is laughing a lot. I consider myself a very funny person. If there were a video camera of the quirky things I do rambling about, it would probably be a candidate for America’s Funniest Home Videos. I drop things, spill things, slip… put clothes on backwards, head out the door with shoes that don’t match… forget to put an egg in the recipe, start to brush my teeth with hand cream…. Crazy things that make me laugh at myself.
Laugh more.
Smile more.
Be a little bit silly.
Laughing at yourself is great but laughing with others can be contagious and stress-relieving. Over the years, my favorite times have been sitting with friends, talking about things we did in the past or experiences we have had. We begin to tell stories and soon we start to giggle until tears are streaming down our faces. Unstoppable laughter is one of life’s greatest gifts. Laugh more. Smile more. Be a little bit silly.
